The certification covers manufacture of wood poles and impregnated wood products, wood impregnation and sales in Joensuu, Höljäkkä and Kolho. The chain of custody certificate shows the interest groups that Iivari Mononen Group wants to comply with responsible and sustainable wood procurement.
Iivari Mononen Oy's environmental programme of is a part of the company’s certified ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard. The programme is based on the objectives defined in the Iivari Mononen Oy's environmental policy. It aims at promoting positive environmental impacts and preventing or reducing the negative impacts of the operation.
