Impregnated Sawn and Planed Timber – Safety Instructions

Dispose working waste according to the local environmental authorities regulations.

Timber must be dry on surface when it is handled
Use respirator mask and safety goggles when working with wood
Use protective gloves when handling wood
Wash exposed skin areas thoroughly
Wash working clothes separately
Impregnated wood should not be used in situations where it may be in direct or indirect contact with drinking water
Impregnated wood is not to be used in situations where impregnation material could dissolve into food, fodder or beehives
Impregnated wood is not to be used as a cover for plant roots
Use only clean and residue free impregnated wood
